900 Global Continuum video and written review
« on: June 27, 2018, 08:38:03 PM »

Hello guys! This time we had the chance to try the new Continuum from 900 Global.

The Continuum is one of the new releases from 900 Global for the upcoming season. This ball features the S82RX Hybrid coverstock and the new Ellipticon asymmetric core.

We tried this ball on our typical house shot and the ball does exactly as advertised. The Continuum is clean through the front part of the lane and it has a late midlane read, but it saves most of its energy for the last part of the lane. This ball is by far the most angular in the Tour Engineered and it provides a shape that 900 Global was lacking of.

With the Continuum I wasn't able to play in my comfort zone since the combination of core/coverstock is quite strong to play around second arrow. I had to play a little bit deeper than I use to, but once I found the breakpoint, I got really comfortable with this ball. The Continuum allowed me to swing the ball to watch it come back from almost anywhere. Misses outside offered a lot of recovery, I just had to make sure to not miss outside too soon. Misses inside were almost as effective as misses inside. The S82RX coverstock digs through the oil and the ball has a strong reaction as soon as it sees friction.

This ball will be a great option when you need to create more shape down the lane in medium and heavy oil conditions. The Continuum will be a great step down from balls like the Inception DCT. Once the DCT starts to lose energy too soon or is hooking too early, then the Continuum will be the ball to go to get more length and more shape in the backend.

Overall I feel this is a great addition to the 900 Global lineup. Low speed and low rev bowlers will love this ball. The Continuum provides easy length and a strong motion in the last part of the lane. Tournament bowlers will find in the Continuum a great piece for the transition in flat patterns and sport shot conditions.

Thank you for watching!

very excited to have mine next week with all the other new releases  8)
If you want it, go after it and make it happen.  If you don't, you have no one to blame but yourself....or maybe your just not throwing the right equipment  :)
