900/AMF @NY Super Demo Day 7/28-29
« on: July 31, 2012, 07:28:06 PM »
Place Farmingdale Lanes:

Had the great opportunity of meeting Eric Thomas and staff member (my apology I can not remember his name). Loved the Freight Train, Look, Bull Whip, Cobra and new Wisdom.
Picked up so tips from Eric too. This event should happen every year. If you were not there, you missed a great chance to bowl with any company for a great price.

What an outstanding day it was. 3 sets or 6 hrs of bowling with every ball company, plus some pros (Bohn, Page, Fagan, Petraglia, Machuga, CDB and Bob Learn) and regional/amateur bowlers. All willing to assist with tips to bowl better.

If your in the Florida or Texas area you should look into the next stops.

I didn't spend as much time on 900/amf as I wanted but I got to throw three. My first choice was the sure thing and it didn't work well for me at all. The staffer who was working suggested I try the green mamba next based on my style and it was undoubtedly one of the 3 best balls I threw all day. Tried the look after that and it was above average also. They're definitely very underrated; a lot of the smaller companies don't really have much of a presence on the island.
