Maybe the guys at the 900 Global forum can help since i'm mainly looking for a new ball from 900 Global.

Dang, I must not be saying something right. I usually at least get 2 opinions.

I'd say a Break could give you a unique look not already in your arsenal...something that picks up in the midlane and just keeps going!

Hooray, 2 replies! LOL.

That's what I was kind of leading towards, revTrex. I'll look into that.

Would that be my heavier oil ball?

I'd certainly think so -- able to handle longer patterns with ease OOB. It's a very versatile ball, though, since you can move deeper and deeper with it without fear of it not hooking back to the pocket.

In general, I was thinking it would provide you with an entirely different reaction shape than your current equipment. It sounds like you have some skid-flip stuff, so a Break Pearl was out of the question, and you have some weaker stuff, so the Creatures were out as well. That left the Break Solid - and I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Cool! Thanks a lot for the response. It sure helped. I will be having my skid/flip monster, the Strike Machine, drilled up in the next couple weeks. My Power Machine is supposed to skid/flip, but it's more of a skid/skid/skid/arc. LOL.

So thanks for the suggestion, rev. I'll be looking into getting a Break Solid depending on how I do at my upcoming tournment!
