Did you contact them after you purchased your Train?
I think there was a card enclosed in the box with instruction on what to do.
Mine took around 3 weeks to arrive back in Jan.

The order may not have gone through. I tried to enter mine last week and it would not except the order. Dale was supposed to look at mine.

Mine came in about 3 weeks after I turned the form in. Nice shirt, I like it.

The Train is a GREAT ball, and I'm considering buying another 900 ball (red/yellow Hook).
