The Bounty is the answer for bowlers looking for performance and control on heavily oiled lanes. The new Double Cross Asymmetric core has a medium-low R.G. which helps create a strong continuous backend ball motion.

The S77 coverstock from BASF® provides the traction for today’s slicker lane condtions. Polish the Bounty, and prepare to do battle on medium oil.
If you don’t like hook you might look elsewhere for your reward.

My Bounty was drilled 5 1/2 x 5 OBC. I wanted some length since this ball was said to be strong and it is. The Bounty revs up fast and makes a strong but smooth move to the pocket, the hitting power is awesome, you can't relax with this ball, if I get soft the ball drives through the nose but when I stay firm this ball is a pin wrecker. My Bounty was thrown on brunswick lanes and AMF lanes. ball was too strong for Amf lanes in my area, i get 1 game before i put it away, making me work too hard. If you have oil where you are I would tell you to put one of these beauties in your hand, you will love it. and a share of the bouty is an awesome concept. Great ball from 900 Global. for the people that love to post scores, Ive had 2 300's with the Bounty and 9 in a row, blew that one when I went soft. Awesome ball.

Ball spec's 15.2 2" pin 2 1/2 top.

My profile: speed 14-16mph, power stroker rt hand.

Lane surface, wood, overlays and synthetic.

Drilling: 4 x 4 pin down, 4000 Abralon, polish

Well here it is the $25,000 ball!  Very excited to see it, throw it and it doesn't disappoint that's for sure.  What an genius marketing idea from 900 Global and they've backed it up with a ball worth every penny.

I waited a little extra time to drill this one.  I had a chance to see 5 different styles throw it and see how it reacts.  I was worried about too much hook and I'd never have a chance to use it.  For the hook challenged this is a dream!  Someone FINALLY came out with a "hook-in-the-box" ball that does simply that!  I had a short pin about 2".  Kept it simple, over the label, pin down, no hole - that works well for me on aggressive balls.  I never tried it at 1000 - took it right to 4000 abralon and a little hand polish.  I tried one at 1000, a buddies and man it was way too early for my style.  At 4000 with polish I have an oil ball that hits hard and carries AND I can move in a little, play a small swing and still carry.  Most early balls burn up too early and "mush" for me.  Not this one.  Great midlane roll, hits sooo hard and carries the off hit extremely well.  I can move in and still carry if I kept it in the oil.  It's not for swinging out to the ditch but 900 Global has other choices for when the lanes breakdown.  If you want an oil ball, here it is.  I've had 705 and 754 with it on a normal 41 foot AMF synthetic league pattern.  First 6 all three games of the 754.  I cannot see where it wouldn't be enough ball.  It rolls so sweet - it chugs through oil up front and laughs at carrydown.  I have a skeptical buddy, he drilled one, was so impressed he called me to say "I can't throw it hard enough to go light" and he's a true fireballer!

Benchmark ball and you'll get a piece of the $25,000!  Shooting 300 with this will be a breeze - go get one ASAP!

Hey guys, I recently punched a Bounty up. Not sure of the finish on mine but it had been altered from the other ones to look good on the shelf. It appears to be around 1000 Abralon and then polished.

I drilled the Bounty with the pin under the fingers and the cg was swung 2.5 inches to the right. I am unsure of the static weights at this point. I will weight it towards the end of the week. My MB is at 45* and is about 2.5 inches from thumb.

What I got was a smooth early hook like no other. I have alot of smooth rolling balls but this one has to be the smoothest of them all. Some I have are including an A-Hook, and balls like the Hybrid Dirty Bomb. On the right condition, this ball will work very very well... But on the wrong, you have to put it up quick or you will get killed with bad carry or bad angle at the breakpoint. It kind of reminds me of the origional LevRG. On a medium condition, there may be many balls that will out hook the bounty... You just have to identify the burnrate sometimes of todays bowling balls. The Bounty is a very early reving ball anyway, but drilled pin down like mine is can sometimes be condition specific.

My Bounty hasnt impressed me as far as carry goes, but they maybe just because I havent found the proper head oil yet. I would suggest many players to go with pin up layouts for this ball can get kinda heavy at times. Also the surface is pretty dull out of the box so feel free to change it. I will do some changes on mine along with maybe placing a weight hole in it to see if I can tweak my down lane look a bit. Otherwise this is a really great ball. If you want a benchmark type ball then this would definitly be a good one. The predictabillity is definitly there so please consider getting your hands on that 25K Bounty Prize Pool. 900 Global will be making there way to the top before long making great products like this. Thanks for reading, John

Hey everyone.  I purchased this ball about a month ago, no intention of getting some of the bounty because here in west tx, we aint got enough oil.  It was drilled to the max(3 3/8-3 3/8). 2-3 inch pin. I was looking for a ball that would open up the shark pattern. It did just that plus a whole lot more.  Being new, I just had to try it on the house shot. Standing on 25 over 15 with a lot of room for mistakes. I could not beleive the pin carry. Even when it got a little dry, it still had enough energy to blow the rack.  It's not as flashy as some of the other stuff out there, but if that is what you're looking for, then I know what kind've bowler u are. If you are looking for a heavy oil ball that sends pins flying all over the deck, this is it. In my opinion, it will out hook any ball on the market.  Reminds me of my Big Rig Diesel. A typical house bowler can play with the big boys with this Big Boy in ur bag. Hope they come out with a pearl version.
I am a right hand bowler, medium revs, 17 mph.

I have pretty much all of the latest G900 balls.  Out of all of them, this one is my favorite. (have not drilled the BH yet)  It fights through heavy oil while other balls die. (my Virtual Gravity hung on me a bit)  I recently played it on the Shark and it was so aggressive that I had to move out to the 30 and play the 15 by the 2nd game!  And that was with OOB finish!  I am a high rev player, so the ball is perfect on long patterns for me.  I recently polished it with PowerHouse Polish and played it on my local THS.  My lowest game was 225.  I was coming back from the 1 board consistently for pin pounding strikes.  The ball is clean through the heads and consistent down the mids.  I does not do well on dry lanes though.  You will have to put it down or get hit with vicious splits.  I don't change hand positions well, so putting it down and grabbing my Break Pearl is easier.  I have to give it a 5 out of 5 rating as long as you keep in mind its intended purpose, which is to slice through oil.  I have had it for many months now and it has never failed me.  Still works like I just bought it.

I seee a lot of the reviews stateing that the ball is ment for heavy oil lanes which is true but i took the ball had it drilled to were the core is almost to the left of the ring finger (and im a righty) and polished it and gave it a nice shine and the ball is a great 3rd game ball which i use when the lanes start to dry up...I did this because i love the way the ball hits and in certain houses the ball is a beast

Feb. 2010 review

Layout: 90°x4 1/4"x48°
Surface: Factory, 2000w/Snake Oil, 4000abralon

I drilled this piece 90°x4 1/4"x48°, x-hole 2" down pap on val. It put the MB right under the thumb. I wanted it to be able to play deep inside, and that's what I got. This ball is by far the most versatile in coverstock changes.

For a lighter shot I was able to put it at 2000w/Snake Oil, and was able to clear the heads and a nice pop on the backend.

At 4000 abralon it had same length as the 2000w/polish but had a smooth arc on the backend.

On a 44ft modified Shark pattern, it really shined at 1000 Abralon. Had a very consistent look whereas others were fighting the condition. Its still one of my comfort pieces. If I'm struggling I know this piece will give me a very consistent reaction.
