- Make sure you are logged onto the website with your Username and Password. Click on the "Ball Reviews" link on the top navigation bar and select the Ball Manufacturer, then your bowling ball. From that page, click on the "Reply" button.
- How do post a Topic in the Forums?
- Make sure you are logged onto the website with your Username and Password. Click on the "Forums" link on the top navigation bar and select the relevant Board to post in. From that page, click on the "New Topic" button.
- How do post a Reply in the Forums?
- Make sure you are logged onto the website with your Username and Password. Click on the "Forums" link on the top navigation bar and select a Board, then the topic you want to respond to. From that page, click on the "Reply" button.
- How do I upload my Photo?
- Make sure you are logged onto the website with your Username and Password. Click here to access your forum profile. Under "Personalized Picture", select the option you'd like then click "Change Profile" at the bottom of the page.
- How do I upload Photos or Videos to my post?
- To upload an an item to a post you can use the "Attachments and other options" dropdown while posting a new topic or replying to a post. Because of the size limitations of uploads, it is suggested you use images/videos hosted elsewhere (e.g. photobucket or youtube). To link to external images, surround the image url with [img][/img] (e.g. [img]http://www.somesite.com/image.jpg[/img]). To link to an external youtube clip, surround the youtube share link with [youtube][/youtube] (e.g. [youtube]http://youtu.be/T7fzQehxz_Q[/youtube]).

- NPS stands for Net Promoter Score. This is calulated using the voting reponses of the ball reviewers.
- How do I report a Rule violation in the Forums or Ball Reviews?
- Make sure you are logged onto the website with your Username and Password. When viewing the issue, click the "Report to moderator" link on the post.
- How do I block a User?
- Make sure you are logged onto the website with your Username and Password. Click here to access your ignore list and add the username of the person you want to ignore.
- What does blocking a user do?
- When you block a user, you will no longer see any posts from this user while logged onto the site. They will not be able to contact you.
- Blocking a user also helps us in identifying potential problem users.
