I have one with a 1" pin that I drilled with the cg in palm and pin under bridge (shocker, eh?) and it's surprisingly strong off the spot for a cover (I left OOB @ 4k abralon) that strong drilled the way I have.

It's a VERY strong cover.

Determine where you want this in your line up. Should be able to put your favorite layout on this and adjust surface accordingly. Think its a strong ball overall with the cover and core combination so will definitely need some oil.

I would consider this one, in the category of strong hybrid coverstocks. Mine has a 3.5 inch pin,

the pin is above my middle finger anout 1 1//2 above, and the MB would be about 1" to the right of

my thumb (right handed drill). I still have a Hot Shot hybrid, an AMF Code, have owned a Storm

Hyroad, and one of my favorites now is a Rot Grip Infinite Theory. The Infinite Theory and my Shred-It are

definetly the strongest of all of them. This will be responsive to any drilling you want to use, but I would drill

for some length on it.

The Shred-IT is a great ball! Very versatile, very smooth yet strong. AMF
hit a homerun with this ball, unfortunately just like a lot of AMF stuff it gets
no recognition.

I currently have 2 drilled and a third waiting to be drilled. Ball#1 had a short pis so it's pin under bridge cg kicked (5.5x70x60) at 4k polished. For me this ball is very versatile with a little stronger motion off the spot than i expected given the drilling. Ball #2 is pin under ring 4.5x55x60 (box finish). This ball is strong but smooth and works very well for me on sport shots where i need to control the back of the pattern. The third will be drilled pin up.  I drilled it yesterday 4.5x6035 and will be throwing it in league tonight.

Is it strong enough to be an oiler for someone with a 400+ rev rate? I mean even with surface adjustments.

i agree ball is very strong and very under rated, if this was a storm or hammer ball  it would be the most popular ball on the market
