Are ball wipes worth it?

I know there are a couple different ball wipes out on the market and was looking for suggestions on what works and what doesn't.  I'm not looking to do a deep clean with a ball spinner, but rather clean oil off the ball after bowling league?  I am looking for something that will not change the surface of the ball.  Thanks for your opinions!

Seems like hype to me. Spray a little cleaner on your wipe towel if you want to clean between shots.

I don't generally use ball wipes. I have a bottle of Storm Reactafoam that I use with an oil free towel and it works well. I have been using the same bottle of foam for about 6 months.

I use the Powerhouse wipes, but not as a regular cleaner. They are great at removing that heavy shoe sole adhesive like crap. I keep them in my bag for that purpose. I also use them now and then to help restore reaction.

Never used the Storm product, just seems like Reacta Clean on a handi wipe.

are these wipes safe for the hands/skin? Don't want to sound so....

Anyway, I use gloves when working with clean n dull and other chemicals. I handle different chemicals without gloves for a long time at work - washing hands after use too.
but, I developed skin issues from not wearing gloves over the years. Medical wipes and CnD are damaging after long term use, just FYI....

The Powerhouse ones are not safe for skin contact I would guess. The smell is kind of a combination of gasoline and old nasty, moldy socks. So what ever the effective ingredient is, it's probably not safe on your skin.

Just a hint of something to look forward to. Master will have a NEW towel that is SPECTACULAR!!! Available soon I hope! Little pricey but looks to be WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!!!

I tried a sample of a wipes product from Vise, but it wasn't worth buying. I got it free and it still wasn't worth having. It was a cleaning product similar to the Storm Recta wipes and did almost nothing. I also tried a new gel product(Not wipes) they were/are testing, it's not something I would purchase either.

It looks like Vise is trying to expand their product line, but the two examples I've seen I would not recommend.

I used to Storm Reacta. This ensures that the bowling ball is evenly polished all around for better performance. ANd it also approved for use during competition.

Powerhouse/Adrenaline?  I have heard smell like Yuch and many wear gloves.

Again I was told by one of the ball company gurus is they clean out dirt from the pores to allow the ball to again restore oil absorbtion.  Thus increasing reaction. 

He may only be spreading hype but he pricked a lot of other ball reaction myths while speaking and it didn't seem to be his agenda.

Oh well.
