Bowling Ball Cleaner

I would like BR commenters opinions on the best ball cleaner on the market today. Also, what cleaner is the best bang for the buck.

The Brunswick center I bowl at is notorious for black junk all over the ball.

Hook-It is the only cleaner I have used that is able to remove it.

I'd rank Hook It ahead of the Motiv Gel as far as effectiveness.  Hook it is better at removing the belt / smudge marks.  However, Motiv Gel is probably more economical financially.  I got a really big bottle for like 11 bucks as I just wanted to give it a shot.   


Clean n'Dull is probably the cleaner i'd take as my first choice though.  Remedy is good too.

FWIW, (this is my opinion only)
Motiv's Gel Clean is pretty good for a bowling ball-specific cleaner permitted to be used during
bowling. Remedy, Knock-out, Zapp-it, Liquid Nitro and Black Magic Rejuvenator are all very good "during bowling" cleaners. Much better than any isopropyl alcohol.

 
That said, they cannot compare to the power of the cleaners permitted before or after  bowling. I'm talking about Hook-It, Clean and Dull and Lanemasters cleaner. These will remove type of dirt that the water-based" permitted during bowling" cleaners cannot handle. Personally, I have not yet added Adrenaline Wipes into this category or power cleaners. (Adrenaline wipes are permitted to be used during bowling, but, note, they are not specifically marketed as a cleaner.)

in my opinon and ive tried a lot of cleaners  Black magic rejuvantor is by far the best, and when i dont have it around i use straight acetone that i pick up at target,  it actually gets the pores open on a ball and gets the oil out

I make my own cleaners, USBC approved anytime. I have Front 9, and Late Shift. I sell it through local Pro Shops, as well as on BBE. Not trying to start a for sale thread here, just saying.

I have bought & used roylay's Front Nine ball cleaner and I would recommend it as a highly effective cleaner. I've run out of it and hopefully I'll be able to find some more in the near future. I don't hang out @ the BBE site anymore, so I may be out of luck.

Brunswick Remove All works well in my shop and so does Tac Up - in fact Tac Up is great!!

Ive been using Energizer Ball cleaner (powerhosue) for years...basically haven't tried anything else. For polish i use Brunswick factory finish. All on my spinner of course

It's an everyday cleaner whose main cleaning agent is vinegar.
