How many have a 6 ball roller?

How many have a 6 ball roller?

Which one do you have?

The thing I don't like about 6 ball rollers is how big they are.  I wish they would make more compact rollers.  Most are to dam bulky.  I like how vise made the 3 ball tote rollers.  I was thinking of getting a 4 ball roller and make some kind of shelf on top to hold a tote.  This would make it a lot less bulky.

Has anyone seen those plastic ball cases?  They are in the shape of a bowling ball and can be stacked on one another.  I just can't find them being sold anywhere.

IMO 6 ball rollers are a total beating to haul around. They are hard to get in and out of any vehicle and hauling them thru a crowded bowling center is no fun either. I will never own one of those or a regular 4 ball roller ever again.

I carry 4 balls with me most of the time and do that with a 3 ball inline and a single ball tote. If I need 5 balls I use a 2 ball tote. This works great for me.

Get a 4 ball inline roller add joey to the top bring 5 balls total and be happy I know of one guy that carries a 2 ball tote on his 4 ball inline bag just wraps the straps around the handle and it will stay on pretty good.

I lugged 2 different 6 ball rollers for 5 years people look at you like you are an idiot and honestly they are too damn heavy to get and out of the the vehicle.

I much prefer my 4-ball 2x2 roller over the 3-ball inline I had.  It separates to put in and take out of the car and is wide enough that tipping isn't a problem.  I had a big problem with tipping with my 3-ball inline, I can't imagine taking weight away from the wheels with a fourth or fifth ball.

I don't think I'd like a 6-ball, but at least they separate pretty easily to pick up and move.

My ebonite inline 4 roller is very stable and very light compared the storm 6 roller bag i have. I zip right through the south point casino between cocktail serves and tourists alot easier than saying excuse me to tourists that are wandering and standing in all the aisles.

Frank,

Just keep carrying your 2 ball totes...You get free exercise!
No health Club fees!

I use an old Ebonite 3 ball inline roller now. I can put a 2 ball tote on top and wrap the strap around the 3 ball handle.

Or you can be a real man, and use the 3 ball roller, and put a 2 ball tote on each shoulder...The fives you 7 balls. Or prop a another 2 ball tote on the 3 ball roller, and you have 9 balls.

I'm with Duke.....us manly men only haul 2 ball totes......no roller for me.

Winter w/ rollers hauling snow into a northern climate bowling center is a no-no.  I see guys fall every year from a roller nincompoop hauling his roller down to the settee area while water from melted snow winds up on bowling shoes.

One of my big pet peeves....leave you freakin' bowling bags on the concourse.....sheesh.  LOL

I use 2 two ball totes.  However i'm going to the Hoinke in March and may bring 6 balls with.  I'm not going to lug around the totes like I did last year.  A roller is much better when bowling all day and night.

I may just get a 4 ball roller but make some kind of shlef to put the 2 ball tote on top.  I also may look into making my own tote roller.  Something a lot more compact than what is being sold now a days.

That's what I did, then I bought a 6 ball. I hated the 6 ball. It's heavy, hard to roll around, too tall, and too much in the way.
I now have a 4 ball roller, and really like it.

I'm another one that uses a roller plus a tote. I have a KR 4 ball roller and their tournament tote that only holds 2 balls. The tote is pretty small and fits on top with no problem.

KR sells a kit to convert their 4 ball rollers into a 6 ball. It kind of looks like a shelf so maybe that's what you're looking for.

I currently have a 3 ball Storm Streamline roller and an old Ebonite single ball bag. I hvae 4 balls that I use but I am slowing buying more and more balls here and there. What should I do? Should I go get a 5 or 6 roller? I have an old New York Jets 2 ball roller that I don't use anymore, and I was thinking about just using my 3 and 2 ball rollers. What would be better?

I have Track's four ball roller, Roto Grips four ball roller, Ebonite fastback four bag inline roller, and two ball totes from Track and Rotogrip. Of them, the Ebonite is nice but I'm over six feet tall and it has a habit of tipping over quite easily, plus the trunk of my car won't close so I have to lay it on it's side. I just never thought it would last very long so later I replaced it with the Track, and then the Roto Grip four baggers. The Track is nice, it's tall, but it doesn't have enough additional pockets in it for my taste. The Roto Grip is shorter in height meaning it hits me on the heal while pulling it once in a while. It comes apart which I suppose makes it easier to get in and out of a car trunk, but I just keep it together. It has enough storage space. I like to carry six bowling balls with me to league...just in case. I've seen a couple of people with six ball rollers but for the most part they also drive pickup trucks or very large SUV's. A four baller with a two ball tote is really more than you need for any league night.

I have the StormPro 6-ball roller...you can break it down to a 4 or a 2....depends on your mood. I would think that all 6-ball rollers are a little bulky. I also have the Storm Streamline 3-ball roller, just for those days when im on my game and im traveling lite....lol!!..but seriously....i love my 6-roller.

By the way CHI....how bout` them Bears?....you have been with them the whole time...congrats to you and your team.

I just bought a Lane 1 6 bag roller.  I only bring 5 balls with me at the moment though.  Not sure what I want to buy for my 6th ball yet.
