Storm Shoes

I'm thoroughly satisfied with my 3G Tour Ultras, but was just wondering how the new Storm Shoes are. (Im talking about the higher end model) They look pretty nice, and I really like the look of the black/lime green model. Haven't seen any up close yet. Anyone try them yet and what's your opinions on them? 
My 3G's will need to be replaced soon and will most likely get another pair, but keeping my options open.

The storm shoes are made by dexter. I have not seen any in person but would guess if your not in to the Dexters these will be similar.

While not the price point you are looking to purchase, I have bought the Lightning teal/yellow/black (one fixed slide sole/one fixed push off shoe).  I do not really slide much at all so interchangeable slide soles have never been a need for me.  The insight I can offer is they seem to be really well made, no visible defects when purchased and none so far after about 7 weeks of use.  They seem to be a little stiffer than my Linds New Era that I previously wore but have broken in well.

The Storm (high end) are elevated higher off the ground than the 3G's so I've found myself to typically stop quicker (using comparable soles). The Storm molds are the same as Dexter (not sure from which Dexter models) but the difference for me after comparing to my SST8's, the 8's are broader across the front part of the foot, making them feel more "clunky".

In short I'd say the 3G's and Storm shoes share about the same widths but differ greatly in elevation and material texture,
3G's being ultra soft and SST8's rigid

I have had both SST8s and 3G ultras.  Sold the SST8s after less than a year because I kep tearing up the non slide shoe with toe drag.  Went through 3 soles on the right shoe in about 4 months.  If I go back to Dexter/Storm, I will go with non interchangeable soles on the non slide foot.

I had the same prob thats why I got the new 6's and have been very happy so far. The only thing about the storms is I was in our pro shop when the storm rep came in and after about a half hour the owner decided not to carry their shoes.

I'm in the market for a new pair of shoes, but I haven't seen the Storm shoes in any of the shops in my area.I will most likely end up with SST-8's.
