Dexter performance shoes

I am using my 2nd pair of Dexter SST5 shoes which are fast wearing out.
I was considering buying the SST 8 but everyone I know have had issues with them. Anyone have an opinion of the SST 8's?

I've had my SST8 for 3 years and never had a problem. I have the blue & black shoes
