I compiled a little video of some slow-mo shots of my game recently. After quite a few years off, I've come back to the game with a different outlook. I'm quickly realizing I need to focus a lot more on accuracy, and not about revs or speed. When I was younger, I could crank the ball out and while it was fairly spray-n-pray, I managed to average alright with it. However, after having surgery on my elbow, I just can't physically throw it like that anymore. So you can tell I'm trying to throw it too hard on all the vids except the last one.

The last one is just from today, where, after really freeing my swing up and not trying to turn the ball so hard, I shot my first 600 (193, 178, 252=626) in 5+ years. So I was pretty happy. Anyways, here we go, let me know what you think: http://youtu.be/LW_ZDaDhf_g

Good job with the 600 and hopefully many more and higher. The video will give you plenty of things to pick apart and improve your game. With practice you will only get better.

Where do you bowl?  Star Shield masking units and the lights still work!

I bowl at The Bowling Palace in Downingtown PA. They're old lanes, all wood, but they take great care of the place.
