Is there a good slow motion software out there . Preferably free and safe.

If you mean a free motion analysis software then Kinovea. It is 100% free and open source.

After looking at Kinovea, that is for a PC.  The Hudl app is for iPad, iPhone and Android.

So, depending on what platform you are planning to work with, you should be covered between those two.
