COMMENTS

Likes: Love the nice clean smooth ball reaction I get from the Antics.  If I hit the pocket with this ball I am striking for days the pin carry is amazing!  Great for medium to heavy oil conditions has enough juice to get through the heads and still hits with a ton of power!

Dislikes: Nothing!!

LANE CONDITION

Length: 46

Volume: 29

Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc): Sport

COMMENTS

Likes: When I need traction the Antics is what I automatically pull out of the bag. Even as the front part of the lane starts to transition and "dry up" the Antics does not quit. I can move inside more and more and this ball always carries plenty of energy with it through the pin deck. This ball is truly just fun to roll. A great choice for higher speed players or bowlers with lower revolutions and it looks beautiful rolling down lane. Drilled Dual Angle 70 x 4 1/4 x 45

I was very excited to drill my Antics after the great success I had with the Columbia 300 Enigma… I used the same layout (60x5x35) and I saw slightly more length with more hook and even better finish! It’s the perfect ball for when the lanes are very oily! #LetsBowl

Likes:   This is C300’s high performance release.  It features a new Hi-Dynamix core and a cover that, as described, is very clean through the heads.  My drilling is 40 x 4 x 25 with the pin just outside my ring finger.  The patterns at the centers I bowl have THS and they use the new Kegel ICE.   On the fresh, the Antics permits me to play a slight 3-5 board swing off the shim and the backend movement is perfect.  When the lanes begin to show the carry-down, my movement is very slight as I do not lose any of the backend motion as expected.  Both the Antics cover and core are very effective in cutting through the ICE making bowling a lot of fun.  2 300’s and an 800 in the first 5 weeks of league prove it.

Very strong ball from C300. I drilled mine 50x5x50, and it pretty much works as advertised. It is very strong in the mids and absolutely needs to be kept in the oil, or you will see some roll out. That may change with surface adjustments, but for now I have kept it dull. Nice even rolling ball, doesn't go crazy off the end of the pattern, but continues very nicely through the deck when there is enough oil for the ball to retain energy. Great fresh/heavy pattern piece!
