I know the Ringers were recently discontinued and the prices have really dropped. I have a Burgundy Ringer and love it. I also have an OG Melee and love that ball too!

I've posted how I am toying with the idea of putting together a 14lb 3-ball arsenal. I can see a Melee, Melee Cross, and Melee Jab. I can also see a Ringer, Platinum Ringer, and Ringer Blue Solid. Thoughts from the Brunswick staffers and others who have thrown both?

Melee Cross - My favorite solid in the entire line-up. Takes surface well, and just hits!

Melee Jab - Versatile pearl, especially with the gloss knocked off. Still can't put it down.

Blue Ringer - A step down from the Cross, but not weak by any stretch. Plenty of reaction at the price point.

Burgundy Ringer - Great pearl that does fit between the Platinum, which goes longest, and the solid.

Platinum Ringer - Handles drier conditions very well with plenty of "pop" late.

Thanks Lane! The Melees seem a cut above the rest. I know I love my original Melee and that is the least popular of the three. I've always liked finding a core I succeed with and building an arsenal around it. If you had to pick between the lines which one would you choose?

My Melee was a nice control piece. The other two are stronger, but in the right spot. Versatility in the Cross and Jab.

So the new Soul and Soul Mate are replacing the Ringers. Are the Melee's getting replaced as well?
