My Take on the Ball:

This ball is sneaky strong…it provides a reaction that most league and tournament bowlers are looking for…clean through the front, with a strong backend motion on medium to heavy volume patterns.  The other releases from the new era of Columbia have been very rolly pieces up until this point, this ball provides a different look for all the C300 Fans out there.  I put this ball right below the Resurgence as far as oil handling capabilities, but it will out hook a Resurgence in the backend…on most medium shots, I see this being the “strongest” ball in the Columbia line up so far because of the move it makes in the back…should be interesting to see where the Momentum swing and NOIZE fit in here

One of the few negatives I have found with this ball is it will read the lane early if there is not enough head oil…bowlers are going to have to watch this ball closely to make sure it doesn’t burn up too soon…when that starts to happen the rival makes the perfect compliment!…also if you are one for shelf appeal, this ball is not one to stand out in a crowd, but who cares what it looks like if it gets the job done…

Talk about some serious deepness on those patterns.  The Arch looks really good in this video.  The buddies video for the Arch Rival was pretty blah at best.  Nice job!
