Minor Adjustment for a Fire Road
« on: October 24, 2012, 06:12:07 PM »
Just drilled up a new Fire Road and it goes a pinch to long, already put in a weight hole but was wondering if I hit it slightly with a 4000 ab on two sides to knock off the shine will it start up a bit sooner and somewhat keep the same angle to the pocket?

"Like" oh yea, we havent put that button up. Remember that when making surface adjustments:

1.) Referring to the Jayhawk evidence, If you like a surface go one set lower. For ex: if you like 4000, take it to 3000. The balls surface will shine up and you want the 4000 grit in frame 9 and 10 when you have to have it.
2.) Dont be afraid of the lower grit surfaces. Its a storm and the ball backends so you wont really have to worry about the ball dying. Friend of mine has his at 1000 grit because he likes it at 1500 but followed 1.) And loves the ball when moving in and still has plenty of backend.
