With this layout I wanted something for longer and more volume  patterns that would read the mid lane early , get into a roll and still be continuous through the pins.
The Grudge is  a ball that gives you the most hook out of the box  for heavier oil.
With this layout I used  it on a house shot  (40 ft.) medium oil. I started  playing my normal line that I usually play with my Vandal and Thug Life.  The ball crossed and hit the 2 pin .  I moved 4 left and 2 with my target playing around 20 to 9 deeper  inside than usualy.  The Grudge had no issues making the turn.  It didn't burn up before making it to the 1-3 pocket.
The Grudge smooth, strong mid lane read, and continuous throughout the lane. The Grudge  needs oil  without a doubt but if you make the correct moves and play the angles correctly  you could make use of it on a normal house shot for about two games.
The new composite cover stock technology  positively gives you the traction in heavier oil volumes.  Compared to my Thug Life it is earlier by 2 feet and ,more overall total hook by far.  This is a ball that will fit into your tournament arsenal .  I strongly recommend adding it to your bag.
