Ball Similarities
« on: May 14, 2017, 04:24:28 PM »
I haven't tossed an Ebonite bal in probably 20 years and I'm getting Maverick. Just curious about what Storm and Rotogrip ball it's most like. I've read nothing but great things about the Maverick.

Thanks!!!

I'm not sure if there is anything current in the Storm family that the Maverick is similar too. Maybe a weaker Sure Lock? Hard to say, haven't seen enough of that one yet.

But I do think it's motion is more what you would expect from them rather than something from the EBI family. Fairly clean for a solid and very strong on the backend. One of the more underrated balls on the market in my opinion. It's easy for stuff to fly under the radar these days with so many options out there though.

I think the Lock is closest and it's a stronger Critical
