dry lane ball

I have decided on an honor and a pivot for my first two ebonite balls.  Any idea on what a third ball in my arsenal could be for when the lanes get drier.  Usually around the third game in my house.  Or if I were to go a tournament that has a dry shot.

if you want to stay ebonite the cyclone is the clear choice. a lot of people would say its medium/dry ball rather than true dry ut its definiately a sizable step down from the other two. other than that the brute, strike king, outcry,uproar, screm/shout, punch out, tropical breeze....take your pick

If you go with a Cyclone for a dry lane ball, you better drill it weak. It still won't be a dry lane ball unless you are speed dominate as the cover is too strong.

If you are trying to stay in the EBI brand then I would recommend the Spike Black/Blue. It is a great ball for all but the driest conditions in my opinion. I provides me with excellent length and is continuous through the pins.

If you stay with EBI, the Spike Black/Blue or the Cyclone can fit the spot well.  If you want to venture outside of EBI, some options that come to mind would be the Motiv Tribal, Brunswick Ringer, Storm Wipe Out/Punch Out, and then the Roto Grip Scream/Shout.

Wipe Out isn't for dry lanes unless you have have 30 mph ball speed.
