Wonder why it is not the Playmaker 2.
The playmaker wasn't a moneymaker lol

It wasn't? That ball Rambo'd for a lot of guys.
I won a many of dollars off of the Playmaker.

I had a Playmaker and then Gamebreaker. Playmaker great out of box, but didn't hold that performance long, even after I tried to restore it. However, the Gamebreaker was great out of box also and seemed to last forever, even with resurfacing, it still continued to perform as well as it did out of box. I had 2 Gamebreakers but had to sell them when I was forced to drop in ball weight.

Playmaker was one of my all time favorites.

Besides Marvel Pearl, the Playmaker was the most aggressive pearl I ever threw. No matter how far left I got, I would have an issue getting the 4, 9 out.

the GB2 - IMO is one of the better balls in the current EBI line-up
its very under rated and only $109.00
so predictable, i prob have 300+ games on 1 of my GB2, only small surface adjustments, baked it once, performs as well as new
the GB2 Gold is just another great piece in the line-up (a missing piece IMO)

I would assume that the GB2 Pearl will be as aggressive as the Playmaker. I haven't heard anything bad about it yet.

Does the new core in the new balls GB & GB2 both, work as well as the V2 core did in the originals? Every ball Ebonite had with the V2 core in it seemed to work great for me. Can't speak for other peoples sucess with the V2 core.

i believe the V@ isn't legal anymore
they call this core the "enhanced V2"
the RG had to be a little higher, i know several guys who say it rolls the same.
i cant say enough good things about it

Yeah, I know that the V2 isn't legal any more, thus the reason I asked if the new core in the current GB's worked as well, carried as well, and so forth as the original V2 core.

That's the overseas release. It is named "Game Breaker 2 Pearl" but it is a hybrid.
