LANE CONDITION

Length: 39 Feet

Volume:  Medium to Heavy

Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc): THS

COMMENTS

Likes:  Ball has great length up front and the nice hard arc on the back end.  The ball is very predictable.  I used a pin up dual layout and I can't wait to try on a flat pattern.

Dislikes:  None

LANE CONDITION

Length:40 ft

Volume:medium

Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc):THS

COMMENTS

The Arson Pearl has great length with smooth recovery. The Arson Pearl rolls great on the fresh, due to not over reacting on the backend. It has the same characteristics of the Arson , but cleaner through the fronts.
Dislikes: On larger volume house shots, it has a tendency to squirt a little. You might have to touch the surface.

Hammer Arson Pearl
Weight: 15#
Pin: 3-4"
Top Weight: 3.25 oz.

Layout:
Pin @ 1 o'clock. No Weight hole necessary.

First Impressions:
Extremely skid/snap ball reaction with decent length and continuous motion down lane.

General Thoughts:
Ball works great when the heads are starting to transition and become drier. Has a very jerky reaction on the backend if they are squeaky clean.

Conclusion:
Great benchmark ball, great length down lane with good continuation. Could use this one and the original Arson as a 1-2 combo.

Likes:  The ball rolled really well through fronts and great hard arc motion on the backend.  I used 45x5x40 Dual Layout.  As long as I hit through my target.  Pins had not chance.  Very pleased with the results.

LANE CONDITION

Length:43 ft

Volume:medium

THS

Layout Used Pin Under Wring Finger CG in Strong Position

COMMENTS

The Arson Pearl got through the heads easily had a shorter transition in the mid-lane with a strong but smooth recovery on the dry area of the lane. The Arson Pearl has a strong hit and carries well as long as it has some dry. In addition, it will tend to over react at times so you should be aware of this... I would say its a strong but smooth control type ball...  Surface adjustments may be necessary...

LANE CONDITION

Length:

Volume:

Type (THS, Sport Pattern etc):THS, several Kegel patterns

COMMENTS:  Awesome color scheme!

Likes:Arson Pearl definitely gets down the lane further than the Arson or the Arson Hybrid.  I find it to be about 5 boards less overall than the original Arson.  Nice addition to the Arson family, they seem to compliment each other really well.

Dislikes: This ball doesn't like the heavy oil in my opinion, and can be a little sensitive on the fresh over/under patterns of a THS.  Surface adjusments may help in this case.
