BEST 3 mid priced balls to buy
« on: May 29, 2007, 09:05:56 AM »
Im looking to buy 3 balls that will cover everything from dry to oily conditions. im a low rev low to med speed ball player i play down and in around the 10th board give or take on lane conditions.I see alot of people with hammer dooms and vibes.Another option is to go with the Brunswick BVP line like the Mammoth, Wizard ,Rampage or Punisher. So any suggestions would be helpfull.

As far as Hammer goes, it's the No Mercy, Black Widow, and Doom.

The Black Widow and No Mercy dont fall into the mid price catagory. From th eones that do. I would say Pain, Doom, Blue Vibe.

Opps.  Yeah, you're right.  But really, it seems that online, the differnce between a "mid-priced" ball and a high-performance ball is about the 20-40 dollars.  Plus, the Pain is gone, and you need the Black Widow and No Mercy to match up on heavier oil.

If your going to buy any Hammer ball, start with the DOOM.  The DOOM is strong but controllable and hit's like a freight train.

3 balls in the mid-price point?
PAIN(if you can find one)

DOOM

CHERRY VIBE(new one that's coming out)

HAMMER NO MERCY is Un-freaking real!  Using this ball is like cheating!

I'll say what I said in the other thread...Pain/Doom/Neptune.

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...
