Hello Group

 Well, I just ordered a Black Widow Pearl but I find going through some of this forums recent threads that there isnt much input on this ball.

 Has this ball been given that status of "DUD" or what ?

 I got this ball to use when my main ball at this time (a solid partical) has to be put away and yet there is still some oil on the lanes. I'm actually very excited about getting this ball.

 My last Hammer ball was about 1 1/2 years ago when the original 'No Mercy came out (or when ever that was)...btw, that was a freaking great ball!! anyway, I guess I was hoping that you guys/gals who do use the BWP could tell me your experiences.

I had a BWP for about a month when it first came out. I got rid of it because I dropped down to 14lbs. I have since moved back up to 15 and I'm kicking myself for getting rid of it. The BWP worked awesome for me. Its a great ball, hopefully you enjoy it. Make sure you clean it after each set.

A great ball, it has been my "go to ball" ever since I got it. Keep it clean and it will serve you well.

I have had the BWP since it was released, and today, is still my favorite ball.  I give it a bath, along with all my other balls, about every couple of months, then throw on some Bean's Sauce.  Goes long with a strong backend.

Hi Group,

 Well, I threw the ball a few times already during two leagues and also a PBA experience league and I must say that the ball is exactly what I was looking for.

 So, heres my next question. what Hammer ball would be the next ball underneath the BWP...I'm also considering getting another BWP with a long pin and have it drilled with pin over the middle finger so it would go even longer

 Does this sound reasonable to you Hammer gurus?

I just got this ball drilled today.  It is a great ball.  I havent thrown a ball in 7 years, i bowled a 156 boo, 205,192.  I'll take that.  This ball has outstanding backend reaction.

Hey the bwp sure hits hard...but i've never been able to use it for all three games. It seems to not like carry down much
