ok i just got one cheap from a friend and this is definitely goin to be my new middle shot ball between my polished gamebreaker and my emerald vibe. how would u all suggest drilling it.
my gamebreaker is drilled pin above ring finger and CG almost lined up same (photo in profile)
My vibe is drilled pin down under the bridge with CG kicked out.
also if it helps im a righty that is a tweener and throws it about 16-19 mph depending on the shot

I would have to agree with bluerrpilot... I think you will like the 1:30 drill pattern. I have one of my 3 Psycho drilled up with a 1:30 drill pattern and it gives me a good amount of lenght and a very controlable movement off the breakpoint. It will be the perfect ball in between your gamebreaker & Vibe.

Good Luck!!

How are the other two drilled? All three the same weights?

I just got back from bowling a 20 gamer this weekend in Vista... I have been wanting to post images of my bowling equipment on my profile. I will get that done later this week.

Ball #1 - Pin over bridge (5 1/2 from PAP), and CG 4 1/2 - really long and smooth rolling ball - great for the tighter shot on the backends.
Surface - 1000 abralon - then Ebonite factory finish polish

Ball #2 - Pin under bridge (5 1/2) and CG 3 1/2 from PAP - earlier rolling ball than #1 however, really strong rolling in the mids. I need head oil for this ball. Surface - 2000 abralon - then lightly applied quick cut polish.

Ball #3 - 1:30 drilling - this a great all around ball with good amount of length & very controlable movement off the break.
Surface - 4000 abralon - then Ebonite factory finish polish

Let me know if you have any other questions.

a guy i know had one drilled yesterday. pin above fingers, 4 1/2" from pap, 75*. guy has a low track, and is a straighter player(low to moderate revs). left it oob. i thought the pin placement might have been too long at first, because when he rolled the ball, it really went long. so he hit it with 2000 abralon and the ball reacted much better for him. now he can play the oil a little better and it won't jump too strong off the dry. very nice and controlling piece.
