They are about 3-4 boards difference... The Viral Hybrid is cleaner through the fronts and a little more backend than the Viral Solid. Both are amazing pieces... The Solid is a little stronger than advertised.

Thanks Michael.  I just got the Hybrid and in practice today I was really surprised how strong the ball was.  Looks like the Solid and Hybrid might made a good two ball combo.
