Drilled with dual angle 60x1 1/2x50 and it is a monster. I can play the lanes left foot on 28 and roll the ball over 17. with the ball being pearl and layout the ball just gets through the heads so easy. comes off the break point and smacks the pins so hard with great carry.

Likes:pearl cover with the same block as the solid guru.

Dislikes:  Dry lanes.  This ball hooks a lot so it would be too much ball for drier and shorter patterns.

Likes: Wow didn't think they could make the original Guru longer and stronger but they did! The Mighty is a great compliment to the original! When the original Guru starts picking up to early or you've had to move so far inside its out of energy when it gets to the pocket you can make the switch to the Mighty and you'll be back in business. The Mighty, having the original Guru core with the extra trajectory additive, gets through the front part of the lane with such ease, gives you a nice read in the midlane then it flexed its muscle with an incredibly strong move on the backend. My first shots after having it drilled was on a pair that had some high rev players who had burnt it up pretty good but the Mighty made it look as if there was still a fresh shot out with how it cleared the front half of the lane. The Mighty and the Guru are a great 1-2 combination!

Likes: Wow... where should I start with the new Guru Mighty!!! When I heard this ball would be longer and with the same total hook as the Guru, it was hard to believe. I drilled mine 50x4.5x35, same as my original Guru. After throwing a few shots on our high volume house shot, I knew that this ball was special. It gets a few feet longer but RECOVERS!!! It does exactly what Radical states it does, just like in their Perception vs Reality videos. The Guru and Mighty are a great 1-2 punch.

Ball has the exact same core but they modified the additives in the coverstock to project it further. This ball performs, period!!

Dislikes: Doesnt like dry lanes

Likes: This ball gives you the length that you need, with a more aggressive backend than the original Guru. I was so impressed how much I could get the ball down lane to the break point before it started to move. I am able to use this ball on any lane conditions as long as I know when to move my feet. The ball is very controllable and I know what to expect every time it comes off my hand. One of the best balls I have ever used.

Specs:

13* Tilt
50* Axis of Rotation
19.5mph
400rpm

Layout A : 50 / 5 / 40

The new cover is phenomenal. Skids a few feed further than the Guru and just as much hook. When this thing hits the spot it rips through the rack like nothing I have ever seen. Love this on my house conditions and great on medium-long sport conditions. I just bowled a tournament and was playing pretty deep and striking at will. The cover gave me the skid I needed to get through the heads and mid lane. I was able to play 30 to 8 fading across the lane while no one else could get anything else to hook nearly that amount. The core is so strong, so it was able to come back from places a bowling ball shouldn't.

Layout:  135 drill with a 11/8 weight hole.

Not sure if you can perfect perfection but Mo and Phil have done it again. This hybrid ball is a great compliment to the original Guru.    The Guru Mighty provides extra length down the lane as well as angles like it is on rails.  I have switched to the Guru Mighty when my Guru and Yeti Unleashed are a bit too strong in the mid-lane.  This cover stock not only provides an extra foot of length down lane but also allows for a hearty angle entry to the pocket.  Bowling is a game of angles and the Guru Mighty will help you multiply your strikes.

Bowler Stats:
18-19 mph
400-425 rpm
5-7 degree tilt
40-60 degree rotation

Layout: 45 degrees by 5" by 45 degrees

Initial thoughts: The Guru Mighty has some big shoes to fill if it's going to meet the glory that the original Guru has received. On paper and on video, the Mighty is supposed to have the same overall hook potential as the original but with more backend reaction. I used the same layout for the Mighty as I did my original for a true apples-to-apples comparison.

On the lanes: WHOA! I didn't think it was possible but the Mighty is every bit as strong as advertised. On two fresh house shots, I could play almost the exact same line with both the Mighty and the original. Thrown on the same line, the Mighty could push about a foot or so more before making its move to the pocket. However due to its stronger backend reaction due to the hybrid cover, the Mighty for me was actually a half to whole board stronger than the original due to the built-in friction of the house shot. The main difference that I see between the two balls is obviously the increased downlane motion of the Mighty which leads to being able to stay with the ball longer throughout the session. Where the original might be tempted to burn up a little early and leave a few weak 10s, the Mighty can still corner downlane enough to snap out those 10s. To put it into a little more perspective, I was able to play well inside of 4th arrow with the Mighty and I was sawing out 10s even with my low tilt (even after 4 games!).

On longer, heavier patterns, I believe the Mighty to be about a board weaker than the original due to the slighter read of the midlane. As the lane transitions, you'll see the Mighty catch up to the original in overall hook before potentially surpassing it.

Closing Remarks: I hesitate to make such a bold claim early on, but I tend to feel that the Mighty will become more popular than the original Guru. I say this due to the increased versatility and the ability to stay with the ball longer throughout the set while still maintaining a metric ton of hook potential. My Mighty remains next to my original Guru at the top of my bag. The two combine to give me maximum hook potential with varying shapes on the backend. Get one, or get beat by it!

The Radical Guru Mighty is a great compliment to the Guru. The Guru Mighty goes about 2 - 4 feet longer and continues stronger downlane like the Guru. With the 4000 box surface, it still gets through heavier oil conditions with strong continuation. I decided to drill my Guru Mighty pin up to compliment my Guru which is pin down, and it exceeded my expectations. I can go to the Mighty Guru when the lanes start to break down and I still need to stay left in the oil. I haven't found a condition where it hooks early. It snaps out the 10 pin like the Guru because of an increased entry angle.  The Guru Mighty is a little more versatile than the Guru because of the hybrid coverstock. It takes well to surface changes, and don't be afraid to add a little polish to give you a little more snap downlane.

The next big thing is at our door! The Guru Mighty is the newest ball in the Top Shelf line in Radical Bowling Technologies arsenal. For those who have the original Guru, this ball has same amount of hook but gives you about 3 feet more down the lane.

For those who doesn't have put you hand on a Guru yet, stop looking at the show and be part of it! Seriously, I never see a strong asymetrical ball that has such backend reaction! It's amazing. I never thought it was possible to play with that kind of ball beyond 21st to 23rd board without losing backend when you play such deep inside part of the lane. Believe me or not, I play with that ball, the Guru Mighty targeting 27th to 28th board (between 5th and 6th arrow) and 10th at break point in game 7 and 8 of an 8-game qualifying squad. The ball keep going the distance without loosing any energy and keep coming back at the pocket. I'm a 450 rpm, 17.5-18 mph type of player. Even my ball driller, who was playing on the same lanes and a very very good player, didn't understand how that ball continu to give me lenght and backend at this point. I think it's one of the most versatile ball I ever had in my bag.

My layout is 60*4.5*40, nothing to fency but it's very effective!

If you haven't try Radical balls yet, you have to try the Guru Mighty. You'll not be disappointed!

We drilled this ball last night right before league.  70x4x35 is the drilling that was used.  For me, this is a shorter pin so the ball would just make a strong motion down lane and through the pins and we got just that.  With this drilling, the ball made it through the fronts with ease and made a smooth, but strong, downlane movement and continued through the pins.  My first game was 268 with the front 7, then in game 2 I got a little slow and the ball checked a little early for 297....then it went down hill.  Missed a 10 pin and then lost all carry for 203.  768 off the press is still impressive.  The thing that I like most about this ball is the fact that i don't feel like I have to do anything to the ball to make it work.  As long as I got the ball to the right part of the lane, the ball did all the work.

Guru Mighty
Layout:::: 50 X 5 X 40   No P3 Hole
 Box Surface
Rev Rate ::: 350
Ball speed:::: 16 mph
Condition:::::41 ft.  House shot

I was very impressed when the Guru was released and drilled one up.  I didn't use the P3 hole in the original Guru and found it to be very strong.  One of the strongest balls .
Then comes the Guru Mighty.   All I can say is Holy Cow !  I am impressed with the  eae it gets down lane.  For me it is about 2  1/2 feet longer than my Guru  with a sharper  break than the Guru.  It continues through the pins and the carry is excellent. I started targeting 17 to 10 and found on THS to be strong  and struggled to hold pocket.  I moved  in to 22 to 10 and the ball held pocket .  You definately can keep migrating left with this ball.
The Guru Mighty seems to be a very versatile ball and is a very good compliment to the Guru Original.  Mo and Phil did another fantastic job with this ball

The Guru Mighty is the perfect compliment to the original Guru.  The Mighty allows me to play a similar line to the original Guru with a couple feet of added length and more recovery downlane.  As soon as the lanes begin to transition and I am forced too deep with the original Guru, I am able to switch to the Guru Mighty and play the same part of the lane without losing carry.  These two balls make an excellent one two punch for heavier lane conditions.  The Guru and Guru Mighty continue to push the envelope of what is possible with modern technology.  The only negative I have found is that I don't want to use anything else.

Guru Mighty
This ball is Radical!
My Mighty has a Double Thumb layout. It goes longer and hooks more on the backend. Than the black guru. I try this ball out on the Kegel Highway to hell bowling pattern. This ball rolled great on this pattern. I also try it out on a 46 foot pattern. It went a little too far down lane. It would recover enough to hit the pocket. But the carry wasn’t great. But I tried my black guru on this 46 foot pattern. And it had no problem carrying the pins. I think the Mighty Guru and the Black Guru are a great match together.         Another great ball from Radical bowling Technologies. #WowThatsRadical!

Here is the new addition to the Guru line, the Guru Mighty.  This ball uses the core of the original Guru but the coverstock has an additive in it to have more lenght.

On the lanes, I play the Mighty the same line and aim the same spot as the original.  The difference is in the way the ball rolls.  The Mighty clears the heads easely, is 3 feet longer and has a sharper break point.  This is the perfect complement of the original.

The bok finish is 4000 siaar.  Like all the other Radical covers, the surface  can easely be modified.  For a player with higher speed,  the surface can be sanded with a 1000 or even with a 500 without loosing carry.

To conclude,  if you liked the Guru, you'll love the Mighty because it's the perfect complement to the original Guru

Let me introduce the next great ball from Radical Bowling. The Guru Mighty. The Guru Mighty is a great ball that compliments the original Guru which is my favorite ball that I have had in my bag. The Original Guru was a ball that hook so much that I didn’t know that I could use a lot, but I was totally wrong. The Original was so great for me that I had to drill up its new sibiling in the line the Guru Mighty. The Guru Mighty was drilled Pin above my bridge compare to the pin drilled out in my ring finger for my Original Guru.  The Mighty gets a little bit longer which was its attention when developing this ball compare to the Original and keep the same amount of back end potential from the Original. I have been throwing this ball so much the last week since I can play straighter with this from the start and when it gets to the point I need to change balls I can switch to my Gold Rhino Pro by Brunswick. The Mighty is a great ball that if you are looking for some more length and some hook on the back that none of your other equipment has given you. If you haven’t tried Radical Bowling Balls before you need to get your hands on this one it will be the start to changing to a Radical Head and believing on this great brand. #TeamRadical.

Comments:
   This ball is a perfect compliment to the original Guru. The original one is strong over all, started up early and smooth transition, but still strong through the pins. The Guru Mighty is the same thing except the ball starts its move 15 feet later in turn giving the ball a smooth transition and strong back of the lane motion. Not necessarily backend, this is not a skid and U-turn at the end of the pattern kind of ball.
   I have thrown this ball in an old wooden house where the heads are shot and it's narrow oil. Normally here I have to stay with non aggressive covers because over/under will haunt me. When I used the Guru Mighty it allowed me to move in and with the hybrid cover it pushed past the bad heads and the farther right I threw the ball the more I got to watch some serious hook and pin action beyond belief.
   This ball is also a great ball for sport shots. Guru Mighty features a hybrid core, so it plays for a long period of time before you will have to switch to something else.

This hybrid cover stock is the perfect compliment to the original Guru.  I drilled my Might Guru 45 x 4 x 30, a very aggressive drilling, as I wanted the ball to respond much quicker, and be a very predictable roll.  I’ve used this ball on a variety of conditions, and even with the shorter drilling, I’ve found this ball has amazing recovery.  It gives me a lot of room to miss right and still recover.  If I miss in it skids in the oil, and then when it clears the pattern, it responds very quickly allowing me a lot of forgiveness on the lane.  I even found it to be a great ball on wet/dry conditions.  I’m able to stay right, play very firm, and not have to deal with the overreaction when it hits the dry.  Do to its amazing cover core combination, this ball gets down the lane and responds effectively creating a strong hooking motion.
  If I were going to drill another one of these, I would go with a longer pin drilling.  I would do a 75 x 5 x 40.  I think this will really highlight the true characteristics of the ball.  You will see great length and very strong backend reaction for maximum carry.
  I think this ball is amazing, and its in my bag at every tournament I bowl in.

The first week out of the box with the Mighty resulted in a 299/814 series and a new found appreciation in the advertisement about making the Might longer and stronger than the original Guru.  The cover stock is very responsive and easy to maintain.  Highly recommend this ball as a suitable 1st ball out of bag component.

The Guru Mighty is a very good compliment to the Guru.  The Guru Mighty is a very strong surface ball that provides good length with mid-lane traction with the huge backend that the Guru produces.  I drilled mine with this layout to give my Guru Mighty a fast revving motion thru the lane with strong continuation motion on the backend.  So the Guru Mighty is a strong Radical ball that should be in everyone bags for tournament play, and challenging sport shots.
