Has anyone drilled one or am I going to be the first one? :P

I drilled one when it was first released and I really liked what I saw. It is a smooth arcing ball. I really like it on the fresh with some volume in the heads. It really blends the wet/dry front to back and left to right very well.

I didn't really like it out of box but I kept throwing it and after some lane shine developed on the cover it really came to life for me.

It is a nice complement to the Global X since it is a low rg core too. The difference being the Ninja has a lot more differential. I use both in tandem.

My Ninja is a 30 x 4 x 70 with an extra hole on my PAP.

My buddy is a 900g staffer and his favorite is the NSE right now!

There's a pair of guys in my league killing it with these. I mistakenly thought they were throwing that Purple Covert by Motiv. Our house dumps a ton of oil in the heads over whatever is left from the morning's strip & re-oil. Pair to pair even lane to lane can be tricky. If you get a pair that hasn't been touched at all, you get a moderately long THS with a FLOOD of oil in the heads-midlane. You need a strong cover in order to get the best look on this shot week in and week out. The Ninja SE looks like that big & smooth strong ball that every company has at the top of their lineup.

Those are some big shoes to fill. Hmm.

So here's my take. Yes, the ball is pure awesomeness. It's a great combo with the Truth or Inception Solid. Clean through the heads, reads the midlane very well, revs up and is a strong arch to the pocket. I have the Truth similar, but for me the Truth is about 4-5 boards stronger than the Ninja SE. F70 cover you can't go wrong. Very versatile ball all around. All in all, it's a great ball to have in the bag and a hard one to put down. I think that speaks volumes about this ball.

Ninja vs NightHawk? It's a well known fact that I love my NHSE, and I have an X waiting for me.

Well, except for a few good outings with the Nighthawk SE, I wasn't a huge fan of it. It was definitely too long and never seemed to pick up where I wanted it to despite numerous surface changes. I guess I just didn't match up with it. With that being said, I think the Ninja SE is way stronger up front, but still controllable down lane. I haven't had a lot of opportunity since being away for 5 months and now getting back onto the lanes to get it on a variety of shots. However, it has all of the signs of being a go to ball for tougher shots. For me I would compare it similarly to the Darkness. I was able to throw that ball on most conditions. Ninja SE is showing me the same.
