Title: Xeno Pearl
Post by: BallReviews-scodaddy21 on February 07, 2017, 10:54:40 AM
Radical continues their Xeno line of bowling balls with the Xeno Pearl. This ball produces great ball motion with out of this world continuation as it moves through the pins. Testing showed that the extra length and extra flip that this ball provides makes it a great companion to the original Xeno ball. This ball features a pearl additive that gives this ball a little extra reaction down lane.

COMMENTS

Likes:This ball is by far the cleanest ball through the heads in my bag. it gets down lane with ease, and recovers with bad intentions. Normally I'm not a fan of balls that have such a quick reaction to friction, but this ball is very controllable and really continuous for an asymmetric ball.

Dislikes:Although i really like this ball, it will not be the first ball out of my bag. It definitelyneeds friction or it will go too long.

Likes: I like this ball for later in the day. It goes very long on oil, so it is perfect for me when the lanes break down. I was able to use this ball during the transition and it was able to give me a controlled look with a jump off the spot. If you want length and more flip on the back end, this is your ball of choice.

Dislikes: None

The Xeno Pearl offers strong-off-the-spot ball motion with excellent continuation through the pins. The Xeno Pearl gave me more length and more flip making it a great complement to the original Xeno. The combination of these two balls will give you a variety of angles to play on the lanes. They will also match up on many different lane conditions at a vary competitive price point.

Right Handed
Ball Speed 17-18
Rev Rate 450
Pap 4 5/8 right 1 3/8 up

Ball Specs
Pin 3-4
Top Weight  3 ozs

Layout 65 x 4 1/4 x 70

This ball clears the fronts for me easily but still reads the mid lane very well. I find I can use this ball after the lanes break down some. I can still move deeper but what I like the most about this ball is I don't feel like the ball goes through the break point on me. Due to that my carry has been great with it. The ball looks amazing going down the lane. Even though I have a bit of a weaker layout on the ball I was surprised as to how strong this ball still was!

This ball has a great price point and is a bunch of performance for the price!
