So the Intense ended up being a US release, here's to hoping this is as well.

I hope that ball looks as good in person. Schlem comes up with some pretty nice color schemes that actually make it seem like "This is a new ball". Beats the Purple/Red/Black, Black/Red, Black/Blue schemes that we see 20 times a year, all brands combined.

I agree. It could be interesting Red Pearl/Navy Solid/Orange. The red definitely has a pearl look while the navy looks to be solid.
It didn't take too long to hear from Storm on the Intense after it was on the approved list. I'd say we might hear something in a couple weeks. Maybe beginning/middle of November release if it's here in the US

The Phaze/G, one of the best looking balls ever, is a hybrid. It's also overseas.
Hmm hybrid Dare Devil seems like it would be sweet, not sure I'm diggin the colors though.

I can't decide if a hybrid Phaze or Hybrid Dare Devil would be better as I won't be buying both.

I'd look towards the hybrid Dare Devil personally. Less responsive than the original but more than the Trick sounds like a solid reaction

Yeah good point. Plus, I think a hyrid Phaze would be too close to my Marvel Pearl and Code Red, where as the hybrid Dare Devil would give a better gap.

Bump... Any one have updates on the Danger? I've been holding off on purchases for this league season, waiting to see how the Intense and Danger end up. Any news if the Danger will be Stateside?

I'm betting yes, stateside. That looks like a US release. I'm betting very early December for a release date. The new Storm stuff is end of October, and I believe we had some December Roto releases last year, so that's what I'm betting on is first or second week of December we see the Danger.

If continuing the cycle, I see Storm's next releases dropping in Feb/March, obviously excluding Intense & Match Up Hybrid. Roto dropping Dec/Jan & again in March.

So do I. With how good the first two Dare Devil balls have been I'm fairly confident in the next iteration living up to the hype. Roto Grip seems to be especially good on delivering great stuff later on when one of their lines/cores is a hit.
Man, there are a lot of balls out or coming up that I really want. Absolutely don't need any of them. Also don't care. Going to be hard limiting it to one (or three) options...

Haha i know. It's also difficult when your center actually decides to put out more oil and it opens up the whole upper level of equipment that i really haven't been able to use much the 4 years I've bowled there

If you look closely at the Dare Devil Trick picture it looks like blue and orange solid with red pearl. So two solids and one pearl.
Though to be fair I don't think that really means anything. It's just a visual characteristic, and not one that actually affects ball motion. On the Wreck-It and Hustle SAY the coloring was two pearl and one solid. So either it's not the same Psyched coverstock... or it's just marketing. I'm putting all my chips on the latter.
Of course this could veer off into the "hybrid doesn't actually exist" conversation, which I agree with on the overall basis (not like companies weren't making the in-between coverstock reactions before that coin was termed), but lets keep this simple.

Thanks for the replies! In my arsenal I have the DD, the DDT, and the Hustle SAY. Im hoping the DDD is 2 parts pearl 1 part solid like the SAY, which I like but I found doesn't react much different than the DD just not as strong through the pins.
I think the DDD will fit perfectly between the DDT and DD for league.

Imagine the confusion if the companies stated, "Ball has 35% less additive."
Being an engineer it makes perfect sense. But a lot of people don't think like I do.
