Be sure to have your 'strike shoes' on.  Spares won't get you too far in this event if you are above a 200 average.

It’s so easy there, you can strike with plastic or the strongest ball in your bag and everything in between.

That's so true! I was watching a friend's pair where 3 guys on the right side had 9 in a row during the same stretch. One was using a No Rules Exist with a ton of revs in the track area, another guy right behind him with even more revs and a HyRoad, and another low rev guy with a black widow urethane. Strike n Spare has some built in grooves baby!

I shot 1158 this past Thursday, and my partner and I had 2193 for Doubles. I used a Code Black the whole time, and my partner used a Black Widow Gold. My house shot in my home center is nothing like the shot at Strike n Spare lmao!

This tournament has gone a little down hill in my opinion.House shot, and high scores now. I remember finishing in top ten in Corpus Christi mid 2000’s with 1080, winning $1000. Now you’re lucky if that even cashes. Different and kinda fun to bowl in, but entries are way down from years ago cuz of the high scores.Bowlers journal much better tournament. Just my two cents.
