On lanes where i would typically have trouble(synthetics with TONS of back end), the WCP gave me a VERY controlled break point, as well as a ton of drive to the hole.
To try to give u an idea of how smooth this ball is. My Doom, drilled mildly, normally has somewhat soft back end, as im not a big fan of huge skid/snap. To get a decent reaction, i had to play about 22-25 to 10 to get the ball to finish the way i wanted to. My total inferno, sanded with a burgundy SB pad was a little softer on the back end, & i could play about 17 to 8 with some success. After my WCP was punched up(drilled it 5x4, galen suggested 4.5/4, i wanted a LITTLE less hook than that, so i modified it), i bowled on the same lanes, & alternated balls. The doom & TI played the same as above, nothign had changed. I was able to play 15 to 10 with no trouble.
This ball came ALIVE when i moved in a bit & put some revs on it. I played 17 to 10, the WCP gave me about 4-5 boards of area at my break point, the other 2 had maybe 2 or 3 max. The WCP also carried shots the TI & doom didnt(light mixers, messengers on the 10 pin, even kicked out a big 4 on a poorly thrown shot). All in all, i REALLY like the smoothness & control the WCP gave me.
Although this has only been maybe 1 full game of shots, so far i REALLY like the WCP, & am considering another L/LM already, either to replace something i currently have, or fill another small gap i have in a true medium oil ball.
From my initial impression, L/LM is a company that i will be doing a lot of business with.
