Arm brace on PBA Telecasts
« on: February 24, 2013, 06:57:43 PM »
I have been seeing alot of bowlers this year on tv wearing some kind of arm "brace". Jason Belmonte has been wearing it along with Chris Barnes and others. Does anybody know what it is for and were you can get one?

Marketing ploy, pure and simple.  The first link provided is what they are wearing on tv, not the device in the second link
Long Gone also posts the honest truth which is why i respect him. He posts these things knowing some may not like it.

Same thing a lot of NBA players wear..  Keeps the muscles warm and loose and probably helps a little with tendonitis (instead of the arm bands you see a lot of players wear near the elbow.)

Shooting sleeve. Supposedly keeps muscles warm and blood flow up.

Im not about to bowl with one. If I were getting paid to maybe.
