Best ball lineup
« on: January 12, 2018, 06:47:43 PM »
I'm thinking about getting all new equipment.  I've been using all Motiv equipment for a while and I think I want to try something new.  Looking for people's opinions for what the best balls are from all the companies. Feel free to put down your opinions in each of these categories.  Or let me know if you can think of another category to add.

Best Heavy Oil Ball
Best Medium Oil Ball
Best Light Oil Ball
Best Ball for dry/scorched lanes
Best Benchmark Ball
Biggest Backend
Covers the most boards
Most Angular
Smoothest / Most Control
Ball that moves most in the oil
Best Carry
375 RPM, 17-18 MPH, 45+ DEG AXIS ROTATION, 17 DEG TILT

Quantum Forest Green is my strongest ball even more so than my More Cash.  Something about how it matches up with my style.  BTM rating is low imo.

Im digging my 900G lineup so far. The DCT is the strongest rolling ball ive had in a while and carry is way above avg.

As far as a benchmark ball you can’t go wrong with the IQ Tour. Others to consider are the Covert Ops and X2 by 900 Global. Also look at the new Intel by Radical, I’m hearing it’s quite good..

I almost forgot about the Hustle Ink by Roto

Personally I think don't miss Storm/RG options are Hy-Road Pearl & Hustle INK for THS and broken sport shot. I like the INK better than the IQ Tour for THS benchmark now. Keep an eye for how this Son!Q does. Also the Hyper Cell Fused if you see the volume is sounding promising.
Current Rotation:
PhysiX
Code X
Code Black
Axiom Pearl
Phaze III
Trend
IQ Tour

Ink better than the IQ tour.?.. That is saying something.  I have heard good things about the Ink.  The IQ tour has always looked pretty good to me as far as smooth and control.

How does the Hustle INK compare to the original daredevil?  The daredevil really impresses me everytime i see it.

I've never thrown the OG Daredevil, but Roto Grip chart has the DD cover and core higher up. So I think the DD could actually get away with playing on a little more volume. It seems to roll heavier than the INK as well.

Yeah, the Dare Devil is not a weak ball. You get much closer comparing the Hustle INK to the Dare Devil Danger in terms of strength.
