Save the shipping. Look online for any tool sharpening company local to you. One with an Anca or Walter CNC machine. Simple drill geometry is easy to do and won't cost too much. Grinding by hand you can have uneven lips resulting in a drill that doesn't want to center itself and wobble or the relief on each land will be different resulting in chipping due to overheating. Grinding by hand introduces too much heat resulting in stress cracks and or tensile stresses which can make them crack even quicker. Carbide drill bits in bowling balls last along time, don't be cheap and have them ground cheaply or by hand. They are an investment, treat them as such.
