Dexter shoes Customer Service

I read on BR where someone was having troubles with DEXTER SHOES and got satisfaction with the Customer Service area. I have a number of bowling shoes and use only one pair that have become my favorites. There is one pair of DEXTER'S that I had a tear problem with and the article prompted me to take an action.

I wrote to Dexter Customer Service and attached pictures. A short time later I received an email asking for additional info. I responded and then there were a few other e-mail's for follow up's.

Finally I received a phone call today from Dexter where they decided there was nothing they could do for me. I understand their decision.

I think they tried their best to satisfy me but facts were pointed out that the shoes were OLDER THEN I imagined. I bought them NEW on-line within the last 15 months and evidently the shoes were out of production when I purchased them.

I think the Customer Service area of DEXTER'S was FANTASTIC to give this problem as much attention as they did. I think you are getting a GOOD PACKAGE when you make a DEXTER SHOE purchase.
