Has anybody used them before? I ordered 40 finger inserts on April 10th and have not heard from them and I can't reach them by phone or email. I received a order confirmation but nothing else since. Very disappointed!!

I need grips before summer league starts in 2 weeks.

Suggestions???

Never had that problem before; been ordering for 8 - 10 years now.
Sometimes they're out of stock for the full number of finger inserts I want but then they ship what they have, order more and send the rest in a week or two, when they get them.

There are a lot of things more important than bowling.

While anything is possible, since we just don't know at this point, give him another chance to reply.
FYI He runs a pro shop, 95% of the time, I believe, but is part of (or all of) Alley Cat bowling supplies (as you can see from his email addy) , which has been around for a 20+ years or so.

I ordered shoes well over a month ago and my CC was charged.
No email reply and no answer on the phone.

They sent me 10 of the 40 grips I ordered to get me started, and today I received a shipping confirmation for the other 30.

I would suggest trying both of the emails Charlest listed above.

I'm satisfied with the total result but would order from some where else if I needed it in a hurry.

Wait... You ordered on 4/10, got nothing, had to come to the forum for help, sent multiple emails, and now, almost 3 weeks later, you get only 10, with others still to come... and you're satisfied with the overall result...? You sir, are... um... let's call it easy to please.
