Has anyone ever used a forearm support? I have pain in my forearm from the ring finger to the forearm.

Can you give an example of a forearm support?  Not sure what you mean.

I would recommend making an appointment (I say make an appointment because this could take some time, so it would be best to do it when he won't be busy) with your driller to examine your span and pitches.  A few years ago, I was having pain in my elbow, we checked everything, made some pitch changes  and in just a couple months all elbow pain was gone.

Also, do you use finger grips?  Grips can (not always) cause stress on the muscles and tendons in your forearm.

Ebonite / Robby sells a forearm band called the bandit...

XM magnetic....

It will relieve your pain....

Now as for what caused your pain....That's another story...  Last time I checked, ball drillers were not Doctor's...

I used the Lou Scalia Bowling Splint for years as well. It really helped to take the strain off my forearm. I highly recommend this product if you can find it.
Also, I second DanH78's recommendation: check your spans and pitches. These will change as you get older.
