New Ball Drilling/Reaction Gradient Guide
« on: November 08, 2009, 05:42:08 AM »
Check out our new Ball Drilling/Reaction Gradient Guide. http://www.lane1bowling.com/tech/drill_guide.html You can read through the info and hopefully gain an understanding of ball layouts and the reaction you'll get from moving the pin, CG, ending CG and MB to different locations around the ball in relation to each other, your PAP and how it visually looks to the grip holes.

You can learn to design your own layouts that you feel are best for the reaction you're looking for. This can be used for all balls, not just Lane #1, as this chart incorporates both the Dual Angle degree method as well as standard 2-piece symmetrical techniques using Pin and CG measurements in inches all into 1 chart.

Hope you like it and it becomes useful to you.

I'd like to give thanks to Mo Pinel and Lane Masters for giving me inspiration to design this chart as well as Nick Seifers for some technical advice on wording the info. Which by the way, info may be added to and updated periodically as I gather more information that would add benefit to the chart.

If you have any questions about it, please feel free to contact me  richie@lane1bowling.com or phone 1-800-Lane No.1 (526-3661) anytime during normal business hrs. Enjoy.
