Exercise, less fast food or none at all, more healthy food. Beer isn't what causes people to become fat, it's the urge to eat while you get wasted that makes you fat. So you can continue to drink beer if you drink it, but in moderations of course, don't get wasted on it.
Beer is healthy actually, but with everything else, too much is bad.
Drink water. Try energy drinks? I'll be doing that on Monday's match. Bring a chocolate bar, but it's just a quick burst of energy, won't last long. But it'll help for a few games.
Though seeing as you fatigure after just one game, it sounds like you're really out of shape.
Most used:
Motiv Venom Shock (14)
DV8 Grudge Hybrid (14)
Hammer Scandal (14)
DV8 Freakshow (14)

Sometimes.
C300 Swerve (14)
Motiv Jackal LE (14)

Retired:
Roto Grip Sinister (13)
Motiv Jackal (14)

Given to a no-thumber in the club:
Brunswick T-zone (13)

Might stick with Motiv from now on.

There is a medicine ball tournament coming in October in Saskatchewan sponsored by Geritol you may want to participate in.

Perhaps the ten pound ball you are using is too heavy?  Consider a drop down in weight.

If you're fatigued after game one you really should look at your body mechanics.  At your young age bowling should be effortless when the mechanics are sound.  Your legs supply the power and the arm is for direction.  Even if you're a two-handed bowler there should be something you can do to smooth things out a bit and let the large muscles of the legs carry the load, so to speak.

I'm thinking of a bowler at our center who is age 91.  He uses 14 and 15 lb. equipment and bowls 3 games a few times a week and usually averages in the 180-185 range.  Not bad at any age, but great for someone that old.

Since this isn't Rugby, Maybe if you quit using the as you put it a "spiral rugby throw with tons of revs" to throw the ball down the lane it wouldn't be so fatiguing to you.

Lately I've been fatiguing because i throw 60 shots a game because i got so many 9 pin counts . I'm really going to buy another pancake ball and see if that helps I should not have thrown out my cracked ebonite zoom.
