As a two hander I was coached that you have to have a strong core. So start doing some sit ups

Lately I've been fatiguing because i throw 60 shots a game because i got so many 9 pin counts . I'm really going to buy another pancake ball and see if that helps I should not have thrown out my cracked ebonite zoom.

I can see why now.  Your games are waaay too long.  The rest of us would max out at 21 shots in a single game...

I think he means he throws BACK 60 shots a game...  :o :P Maybe a few less shots of Jack & you'd be good to go, volcano...
