Well it's not like I can go many places on the internet for anyone to understand my issue.  I even tried telling relatives and they don't understand the situation.  So here it goes:

1) Summer League (you know how that goes...)
2) Player A in early June says he will be out one week at the end of June.  Let's call this week "?"
3) Player A wants entire team to pre-bowl together
4) Entire team pre-bowls for said week "A"
5) Player B thinks we are pre-bowling for week "B"
6) Player C thinks we are pre-bowling for week "A"
7) Both Player A and C don't show up for week "A"
8] Both Player A and B don't show up for week "B"
9) Turns out week "A" was NOT the pre-bowl week and only Player B shows up and loses obviously.
10) Player C shows up for week "B" but finds out this is the week that the pre-bowl is for.
11) Player A does not show up for week "A" or week "B".

OMG the rage is real lol.  Been bowling for over 20 years off and on from casual league play to college at Virginia Tech to PBA level head-to-head tournaments across Pennsylvania and never seen such a clusterf*** in my life.  On top of that I need to pay for the week I was not there plus the next week I bowl.  Luckily I got a local alley I can bowl for $3 a game which I use for practice.  Helps lessen the blow I feel when I pay for league play each week (makes me wonder if it would be cheaper to take up golf more seriously lol).

Do any of these teammates speak a common language? (Maybe English, but any one will do)
Do any of them give a crap about anyone but themselves?

Is it that hard to place a 15 second call or send a 5 second text?
Is this too much effort?

I not only sympathize; I can also empathize. I found some different friends in different leagues.  There are some nice bowlers out there.

That's what bugs me the most.  It's just everything about this.  I've never missed a week in my life.  So when I saw the absent notation next to my scores last week, I turned into the Incredible Hulk lol.  I thought it was a mistake.  Then a new emotion hit - lack of communication has screwed this team.  We are in last place.  Let me rephrase that, of the "human" teams we are last place.  If you include the blind team, then we are slightly better than them.

Just super frustrated by the communication, the fact that for some unknown reason this league doesn't use League Secretary so I can see the latest information and score sheets, the fact that the lanes for some reason change oil patterns week to week (and I don't mean official patterns, it just seems like one lane on each pair has way more oil than the other), the fact that I'm paying a ton of money and getting 0 in return,... man.  Bowling used to be fun lol.  It's living hell for me on Tuesdays now.

Player A

Facts:

TEAM: Pre-bowls for said week "A" ACCORDING TO WHO?  It seems like it's established that the pre-bowl exists for the week player A is missing.  How did you all not have that exact date?

Week "A" is not week "?" because it "turns out that way". 

To figure this whole thing out we need to get to the root cause of why each player believes what he believes. 

There is light at the end of the tunnel!  We all showed up last night and finally won 2 of the 3 games + total pins.  I started night with 238 but ended with just 631.  My last game was just 179 with 2 4-6 splits.  I should have switched balls.  My only makeable open the entire night was in game 3 with a missed 10 pin. 

On the lane next to me, the guy shot 300.  Not sure his final series but I wouldn't be shocked if 750+ or even 800.  I'm bowling with some of the greatest in the region!
