Chicken Winging it

How do I get out of the habit of Chicken Winging it? My elbow is bent and my  arm has a hitch to it when I release the ball.

GET AN ARM STRAIGHTENER. OR JUST KEEP YOUR ELBOW STRAIGHT.

just one comment about your swing...instead of swinging towards your backside which causees your shoulders to swing erratically try swinging out more to the opposite side...at least that way you can project the ball better on where you want to throw it...if you have watched the t.o.c this year randy pederson talked about in the dexter approach...

...ohh and one more thing i tend to notice that you sometime have that a little hop when you finish your approach which will cause aninconsistent at finish at the approach...try to be more stable and maintain your pose similar to the pros...

You can try placing a towel under your armpit. The towel should not fall out/down until you have delivered the ball. It should fall past the foul line. If it falls out sooner, you're doing something wrong. Practice that and I think you will find it will help you out.

And for the sake of everyone you bowl with, please keep that towel in a plastic, sealed bag while not in use. :-)
