Who uses Magic Carpet tape?

I do. Just wondering where do you get yours from? Besides from RC's website.

I used MC for many years when I had more reverse in my thumb. It worked well for me during that period. As I moved to a shorter span with zero and now forward, I found it more difficult to get out without sticking using MC. I was committed to changing my grip, so I decided to no longer use the product.
 
I always purchased my MC directly from Ron. I've heard some proshops carry it, but not in my area.

the shop that sold it closed several years ago. I've tried getting a way from it, but I'm so used to  it - the late Sawbones PM'd me about it and I've been using it since. Prior to that I used white tape back and front.

Even going 1/8 forward, the feel and the timing isn't the same if I go with the white tape only.

 I'll make some calls locally..

I bought a package of 20 directly from Ron using Paypal last year, and I remember getting the package fairly quick. Is there a reason you'd buy it locally instead?

With the old PSO, he sold it by the piece for $2 each. Now that I use an IT and have only  three IT thumbs, I don't need the bundle of 10 lol..

Wow, talk about a throwback! Used to love the stuff :). Eventually went away from it when I reduced bevel and added more forward pitch in my thumb, but it made for a nice snug feel. I believe I used to buy it directly from Ron.

I used to use it and loved it, but have gone to tiered tape instead.  Haven't used it in a few years now.

I use to use it all the time but found a cheaper replacement. Just use Industrial Strength Velcro that you can get from Lowes. Alot cheaper but doesnt last quite as long, small price to pay in my book.

Dude, I don't know! I logged in for the first time in a few years and all of my past posts and reviews were gone. It still shows me as a member since 2004, but I have no clue what happened to all of my content!
