I haven't had a chance to throw it yet, but I'm excited to try it out in league tonight!

It takes surface changes very well, so don't be afraid to try something other than box finish.

I bowl in an old house in the winter where they don't strip the lanes. I didn't have much luck with my primal rage until I sanded it down towards the end of league, so I figured I would give the forza a try

Forza is the pin-killer in my bag right now. Very smooth and continuous through the pocket. Only time I've struggled with mine is it the front lanes are dried up and causes the Forza to check up too early. I've had alot of good results with it.

This ball is currently anything but a pin killer. It won't finish.

Likely burning up early...need more oil or less surface.

I absolutely could not get the ball into a roll until I throw the ball almost completely end over end. Then it finally got into a roll and killed the pins. It is still the most unforgiving ball I have ever thrown. I think I am going to take it to 1000 or 2000 with polish for next week. Any thoughts?

My PSO is a huge Motiv dealer.  I inquired about a Forza a few months ago and he specifically dissuaded me from buying one.  He also showed me a Forza that he was plugging and redrilling for a Motiv staff member to try and get some sort of reaction out of it as it just wasn't doing anything for the staffer.

Your plan to try 1000 or 2000 with polish is a good start.  Certainly can't hurt anything!

I really like my Primal Rage (I kept it in OOB finish.)  It is the first ball out of my bag, but tends to become very over/under once there is some carry down on the lanes.  At that point I switch to my pin-under Columbia Antics or pin-over polished DV8 Endless Nightmare (whichever I have with me) and that gets me through the carry down.

I love my primal rage. It is usually the first ball out of my bag and it is wonderful on the synthetic lanes I bowl on in the summer for the first game and a half or two until the lanes dry up badly. I bought the forza for more control on the unstripped wood lanes in the winter where I think I need more control. I can't decide if I should put it in the closet and wait for the winter league or try a surface change and try to get it to work this summer.

I didn't care for mine at the box finish and ended up polishing it lightly. At 3000+polish, it just kills the pins on a 40 ft house shot.

Primal Rage for me also. It's been the first ball out of my bag ever since I bought it in the middle of fall 2014. After the Rage, it is a toss up between my Octane and Tag, depending on whether lane conditions are second shift or spotty or dry, etc. as to which ball I choose next.
