It's been stated on here before how great BuddiesProShop.com is but I wanted to post this testimonial. I've ordered numerous balls and other items this summer. On some balls I've requested specific ball specs and if they didn't have the exact specs Chad would call and email me with the specs they had closest.

I also took a chance and had Chris drill me a Marvel/S and Hyroad. Buddies emailed me a return label for my ball. When I received the balls back I was pleasantly surprised that the balls felt even better than the one I sent in. Chris also asked me to email some video clips of my bowling. He contacted me before drilling to discuss the videos and gave me some tips on how to improve my game. Now that's service!

Buddies is good, very good on new, fresh deliveries, but so are many other internet shops. The revealing part is when they have to deal with mistakes, balls not of the specs you requested and items that are not performing as guaranteed. When you have to ship something back or ask them to help you resolve a problem, THEN AND THERE is when their good service comes to the front.

When I was having trouble finding a local shop that I could trust, a good friend of mine suggested I call Chris Forry.  I was so worried about using a shop online reading all the horror stories.  Boy was I pleasantly surprised I have purchased 6 balls from them since coming back from 15 years off and every one of them fit the same and are only 7 days away for me.  Hands down the best customer service I have received, I have now found a great local shop as well but when I need to save some money buddies pro shop is where I go.
