I'm no authority, but I've gotten some really good closeout deals from buddiesproshop.com  At last glance, you could get a C300 Blur Hybrid for under $50 (limited specs). As far as online shops go, I think Buddies is second to none, and their closeouts are usually as good as any others you'll find.

Got a RAVE for <$50 and it's damn good ball for the conditions I bowl on. I once got a C300 Jazz from buddies for $45 and shot an honor score with it LOL.... I've been getting clearance stuff from them for couple of years now...

Sounds good! I'll have to keep an eye on buddies. I tend to just default to bowlingball.com to see whats going on online and they are always so limited on close-outs. Not much off the original price and small selection.

I would ask your PSO to reach out to their distributor to see what they have on close out.  This way the pro shop guys can stay in business.  I'm sure they would appreciate the business.

I'm all for supporting the local proshops, but even the best in town makes mistakes. And if I had spent $230 on my NIB and the middle finger was off my 1/4", I'd be pissed off. Luckily, I won this premium ball, paid $50-$55 for drill, and I don't use it much since it's too strong. Three games on it and it's going on sale....

Buddies proshop are run by humans too, but they seem to drill like robots for the last several years for me. Always perfect. I just have to go to local proshop to check my span every 2 to 3 years..... I'm sorry, but if buddies can be dead on, why can't these local shops do it every time? even if they drill for the pros, have high volume, many years of experience, and have great service.?

I love bowling.com myself, the  only downside is that they often don't have the right size, or weight. ( but of course that's all companies ' lol.

It really depends some sight may have one ball at a better price and another site will have a different ball at a better price.  No one has all the best closeout prices across the board. Best to mark mark all that you know of and check periodically. I have 7 sites that I check fairly regularly. But not everyone is as big if a dork as I am. I recognize this.
