Pyramid Blueprint and Pathogen videos and reviews
« on: January 01, 2017, 04:31:09 PM »
Hi everybody.  So I see a bunch of posts about Pyramid bowling balls and reviews.  We have been interested as well.  Obviously some folks have gone ahead and picked these balls up.  I haven't seen anybody throw them locally but we decided to test these 2 balls.

I'm hoping these balls last but I can tell you I really liked them and love the Blueprint.

As always a great review.I try alot of balls and I have the Blueprint and your review is spot on.Hard to beat the price and performance.Almost pulled the string on the new Pathogen x while it was on sale for 79.99.Maybe it will go on sale again at some point.

Thanks for doing the video, I had posted earlier had I had not seen anyone other than Bowling Balll.Com doing videos of the Pyramid balls. You guys always do great videos and I am sure this video will encourage people to try this brand. It is a very good bargain and I purchased the Blueeprint but had to make some cover adjustments but am pleased with the ball.

Thanks.  I couldn't make any comments on the bargain until we tried them.  I'm really hoping the covers last but for now, they seem very good for the money.  I really like the Blueprint as a benchmark.  It's early days but I haven't felt a ball this easy to throw since my HyRoad and that's saying a lot.  I liked my HyRoad after some games on it and it became an amazing benchmark.  Storm's chemistry is very reactive to dry boards so I like them after they calm down. The Blueprint I like right out of the box.
Of course, everyone is different: speed, rotation, tilt, revs, etc. so you have to find what works for you.

If someone at Pyramid / Bowlingball.com is paying attention, we'd be happy to test more if we had some help.  Can't exactly afford to buy every ball on the market for testing... :-)

Cant beat the price on any of their stuff. I had a bunch of Pyramids for a while and they all rolled great and did what they were designed to do. Blueprint Solid was all money for me. Easy to control and carry was the best part. I could carry from everywhere with this ball. and for under $90 you can't beat it. One good night will get you a ROI with this ball.

With pricing on a continual upward spiral I see Pyramid doing well in the marketplace.  The BluePrint Solid at $94.99 2.53 .050 15 lb. is a great price for that kind of strength ball.

BTW if you want to know 14 lb. numbers I have posted/asked what the 14 lb. numbers are in the bowlingball.com ball video of the Pyramid product that I wanted to know and all have been answered.
