Anyone Watching?
« on: October 30, 2014, 06:31:04 PM »
These match play rounds for the World Championship have been great to watch. Rash just shot 300 with an original Nexxus to move 7 pins from the show with 3 more games to go in the last match play round.
Malott has been steadily throwing up numbers leading 2nd place by 300 pins at one point

I got Saturday completely free so I'll be at the South Point to watch the show tapings

I'm not mad at you being there.
I've watch pretty much all the action on Xtra Frame. I have no complaints about my $7.99/month.

Do the pros stock up on large amounts of their favorite balls for later use?

They said on Xtra Frame they were digging to see what they had in the truck and they found a Nexus

In an interesting side note. . .the TV finals for each of the 4 animal patterns will be only 2 matches. Match 1 pits positions 2-4 against each other with the winner bowling the top seed for the championship.

No reason to watch now, between bowling forums, facebook, and twitter, the whole thing has already been ruined.  I already know what happens because people keep posting "spoiler alerts" on social media and then posting the spoiler right underneath it, you can't avoid it.  The way they do the WSOB is so ridiculous that I'm not even interested.
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

My guess is that they're going to edit in a PBA challenge match each week (women's, regional, PBA50, and teen masters) in between the two animal pattern matches to complete the ESPN telecast.

Besides, the non-serious bowling person who watches ESPN isn't really going to care when the actual matches were contested and whatever way they were edited. Unfortunately, the non-serious bowlers (like Bowlmor AMF's Tom Shannon, etc.) far outnumber the serious bowlers.

Miss the live shows but I'll hang in there and continue to support the PBA.
XtraFrame is great too.
